All products sold on this website are imitation / fashion jewellery. Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of jewellery, slight variations or minor imperfections may occur and should not be considered defects.

Prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of taxes as applicable.

Orders will be processed only after full payment is successfully received via our payment gateway.

📦 Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Chic Spence reserves the right to accept, cancel, or limit quantities of any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of order cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Chic Spence is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases where the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.

Non-Refundable Situations

Damage caused due to storage or usage in an improper way

Exposure to perfumes or other harsh chemicals

Normal wear and tear of imitation jewellery

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video

All approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment as per our Refund Policy.

💍 Jewellery Care Disclaimer

Product longevity depends on usage and care.

We recommend:

1. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals.
2. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
3. Store in a dry place, preferaby in the pouch provided.

Chic Spence shall not be liable for tarnishing or damage due to improper care.
