Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted only in the case of damaged or incorrect items received by the customer.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Damaged Product Claims
To process a refund for a damaged item, customers are required to share a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the damage to the product.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided in the following cases:
Damage caused due to storage or usage in an improper way
Exposure to perfumes or other harsh chemicals
Normal wear and tear of imitation jewellery
Failure to provide the required unboxing video
Refund Processing
Once the claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
